I started to stock merchandise at Fairchild, but it was not until my work in Toys that I began to want to picture shelf-setting transformations as a way of showing the dramatic changes I could achieve. The shelves were set based on the plan-o-grams with some degree of freedom to account for late shipments and sold out merchandise. In the GNC, I started to create what I considered "concept shop displays" in order to keep customers coming into the store during extended shipping issues. With S&K I managed and took part in the efforts to maintain neat and organized shelves for products we represented. This is a small snapshot of what was accomplished and maintained daily in 14 facilities across four military communities.
