My name is Danielle Campbell. I am an aspiring leadership professional with significant detailed retail, management, B2B, and B2C experience. I have a BS in Marketing and am a recent MBA graduate. I love being creative and driven at work while also assisting, training, and leading others around me to reach goals and find success.

May 2023 - Current

Facilitate business operations between the Marine Corps Exchange (MCX), S&K Business Manager, and over 40 active and potential manufacturer brands to enhance sales and distribution. Improve and maintain manufacturer fill rates through effective communication with manufacturers, distributors, MCX buying teams, and store-level field representatives. Coordinate product pricing, new item presentations and paperwork, active item maintenance, and implement product promotions within manufacturer budgets to boost sales and store-level fill rates, collaborating with up to 5 MCX buying teams. Continuously fulfill responsibilities of previous Administrative Pricing Specialist / Analyst role.

October 2022 - May 2023

Collaborated with Business Managers to drive successful outcomes for distributors, suppliers, and store representation in the Marketing Department. Developed and managed a system of paperwork and forms to improve incremental distribution & distributor to shelf functionality to processing merchandise end-of-life paperwork and payment globally for military retail (Army & Air Force, Navy, & Coast Guard Exchanges), grocery (Defense Commissary Agency) outlets, and their distributors.Pulled and condensed reports and maintained trackers with a range of software including Excel, SPS Commerce, IRI, CPFD, Spartan Nash, and Vendor Portal to support seamless operations. Contributed to the creation of presentations in PowerPoint to improve category review outcomes to determine store assortments for represented companies, increase potential orders at the store level, and present successes to clients. Participated in the office Event Committee to help foster comradery and a positive work environment. 

March 2022 - October 2022

Independently enhanced store outcomes and fulfilled vendor company requirements by fostering and maintaining professional relationships with store management in 37 store locations for over 20 Brands represented by S&K. Facilitated successful business-to-business partnerships, contributing to enhanced marketing efforts and sales performance through compliance to guidelines and regulations throughout all locations. Created task guidelines using Excel and other time management solutions to optimize performance and efficiency for myself and others.

March 2019 - April 2021

 Enhanced store outcomes through strategic representation of over 20 brands represented by S&K in DeCA (grocery) and Exchange (retail) locations by fostering and maintaining professional relationships with store management as. Independently managed, developed, and lead a team of at most 24 contracted employees across 17 store locations and 4 military communities in Southwest Germany (Baumholder, Spangdahlem, Wiesbaden, and Stuttgart). Streamlined contractor output to condense needed positions by 20% while maintaining and exceeding business goals including 100% Tobacco Plan-O-Gram compliance in all Exchange locations for both years consecutively.

July 2017 - March 2019

Supervised a team of 5 regularly to meet average sales of $7K daily at the KMCC GNC. Enhanced efficiency through use of smart business operations, including marketing solutions like display/Plan-O-Gram creation & maintenance, exceptional training, effective scheduling, exceptional customer service, and clerical organization. Curated and managed a professional business Instagram account and grew the site to nearly 600 followers within four months with an average of 63 likes per post and 213 views each video.
